Strengthening a Seattle Public Utility water main

In January, construction crews began work to re-line a Seattle Public Utility water main pipe.  The pipe runs parallel to I-405 and Tukwila Parkway.  It's being strengthened to protect it from the weight of construction equipment for the freeway widening and a future retaining wall along I-405.
