I-405 - South Bellevue Widening - November 2007

Crews pave a section of the new northbound I-405 on-ramp from 112th
Ave SE.

Crews prepare to pour concrete for a pier for the new southbound bridge
over I-90.

Guided from below, a crane operator lowers a metal cage for a new bridge
pier into the ground. This new pier will help support the new southbound
I-405 bridge over I-90.

Crews pour concrete for the foundation of a bridge column near Coal Creek Parkway. That column and the newly poured one in the foreground will hold a new section of bridge over Coal Creek Parkway, allowing for a new northbound lane on I-405.

Workers spray a mix of seeds at the Kelsey Creek Wetland restoration site.
In addition to the seeds, some 5,000 plants are being planted at the site
near Richards Road and Lake Hills Connector in November.
