Project Description
This project will provide a direct connection to NE 112th Avenue from the off ramp of northbound I-205 to westbound Mill Plain Boulevard. It is a partnership project with the City of Vancouver.

Recent Progress
The city of Vancouver, responsible for the design phase of the project, has hired Skillings-Connolly Inc. as the design engineers. Designers are working with I-205, Mill Plain to NE 28th St design team (Partnership project that has exit ramp from NB I-205 located immediately North of 112th Connector and braids with the NB I-205 onramp from Mill Plain) to redesign the Northbound I-205 onramp from Mill Plain with a second bridge. The noise study and environmental documentation is scheduled to be completed by the Mill Plain to 28th project team. The redesign provides a one-time construction impact to the NB onramp from Mill Plain.

Design Construction Impacts
The redesign of the NB onramp from Mill Plain and final design of the project are included in a new scope of work. Construction is being delayed with a current start date of Spring 2008.
