Project Description
This project will provide a direct connection to NE 112th Avenue from the off ramp of northbound I-205 to westbound Mill Plain Boulevard. It is a partnership project with the City of Vancouver.

Recent Progress
The City of Vancouver hired Skillings-Connolly Inc. as the design engineers. The city is responsible for the design phase of the project and WSDOT will provide general oversight during this phase. WSDOT will administer the construction phase of the project. Skillings-Connolly began surveying and preliminary design work.
