SR 99 MAINLINE AND RAMP CLOSURES IN SEATTLE

SR 99 tunnel and all ramps are open: All eight SR 99 tunnel ramps are open. The final ramp to open was the northbound off-ramp to downtown and Alaskan Way, which opened Tuesday, Feb. 19.

North of Denny Way

  • Feb. 21: Crews will remove a sign bridge above Aurora Avenue North between Harrison and John streets. This will close southbound Aurora Avenue North between Harrison and John streets for one night, 8 p.m. - 5 a.m.
  • Feb. 25: Crews will begin a week of underground utility work at the intersection of Thomas Street and southbound Aurora Avenue North. The intersection will be closed at night, 8 p.m. - 5 a.m.
  • March 5: Crews will begin a week of underground utility work at the intersection of Thomas Street and northbound Aurora Avenue North. The intersection will be closed at night, 8 p.m. - 5 a.m.

Belltown
