Regional Closures

Friday, March 22 to the morning of Monday, March 25

  • Crews will close the ramps from the West Seattle Bridge to northbound I-5 and Columbian Way from 10 p.m. Friday, March 22 until 5 a.m. Monday, March 26. The ramp from Sixth Avenue South to northbound I-5 and South Columbian Way also will be closed.

 

Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 

  • Crews will close three lanes of southbound I-5 from Northeast Ravenna Boulevard to East Newton Street from 10 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday and from 10 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday.
  •  
  • Crews will close the Northeast Ravenna Boulevard on-ramp to southbound I-5 from 10 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday and from 10 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday.

 

SR 99 Corridor

North

Monday, March 25 – Tuesday, March 26

  • Crews will reduce southbound SR 99 to one lane between Republican and Harrison streets from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night.
  •  
  • Crews will close the SR 99 off-ramp to Broad Street from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.

 

Wednesday, March 27

  • Crews will reduce southbound SR 99 to one lane between Republican and Broad streets from 8 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday

 

Central

Friday, March 22 – Sunday, March 24

  • Crews will close the right lane and right parking lane of Union Street between Second and First avenues from 7 a.m. Friday to 3 p.m. Sunday.

 

Sunday, March 24      

  • Northbound First Avenue will be closed between University and Union streets from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the SAM Mirror Project Installation
  •  
  • First Avenue will be closed between University and Pike streets from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. for the SAM Mirror Project Mirror Project unveiling event.
  •  
  • Union Street will be closed between First and Second avenues from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Monday, March 25 – Thursday, March 28

  • Crews will close the right lane and right curb lane of Madison Street between First and Western avenues from 7 a.m. Monday to 10 p.m. Thursday.

 

Monday, March 25 – Thursday, March 28

  • Crews will reduce First Avenue South to one lane in each direction between South King Street and just south of Railroad Way South from 7 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

  • Crews will close Railroad Way South between South King Street and First Avenue South from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. each day.

 

South

Saturday, March 30 – the morning of Monday, April 1

  • Crews will close the SR 99 off-ramp to South Atlantic Street from 6 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday. When the ramp reopens it will connect directly to South Atlantic Street with two left-turn-only lanes.
