Recent Progress
 -Reimbursement agreement with USFS has been signed and executed. 
 -Pre-Biological Assessment meeting wa held on May 21, 2010.
 -Noise study was completed on April 3, 2009.
 -Botanical and Cultural survey studies are scheduled in June, 2009.
 -ARPA permit was signed on May 26, 2009.
 -Hydraulic report is in the approval process.

Design Construction Impacts
Due to recent findings of Owl near the project area, the earliest allowed construction start is mid-August, 2010.  With 35 working days estimated for construction, paving becomes more critical and dependent on the weather conditions.  Ad date revised to 5/3/10 due to formal consultation timeline for spotted owls.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
A formal consultation for the Biological Assessment will be required.   

Impacts to Traffic
No major impact is expected.  A one lane closure with two-way traffic will be utilized.

Advertisement Date 05/03/2010 A PCRF will be submitted to adjust the advertisment date as shown.
Operationally Complete 11/31/2010 No issues at this time.
