Project Description
This project will reconfigure the US 395/SR 240 Interchange south of the "Blue Bridge" in Kennewick, to improve traffic flow and reduce the risk of collisions.

Recent Progress
Design is progressing on the project based on the ultimate recommendation from the VE study done in April 2006. Initial design work indicates the cost to construct this improvement may be higher than budgeted.  Design survey has been completed.  Updated ortho photos have been taken for use in design.
