This project will reconfigure the US 395/SR 240 Interchange south of the "Blue Bridge" in Kennewick, to improve traffic flow and reduce the risk of collisions.

Recent Progress
A VE team made up of members from  WSDOT Design, WSDOT Bridge, WSDOT Traffic, City of Kennewick, and JUB Engineers, Inc. met on April 10 to determine the new configuration of the interchange. Survey work is complete and design has begun based on Recommendation 1 for the project. Initial design work indicates the cost to construct this improvement may be higher than budgeted.
