Project Description
This project will reconfigure the US 395/SR 240 Interchange south of the "Blue Bridge" in Kennewick, to improve traffic flow and reduce the risk of collisions.

Recent Progress
Regional Traffic Office has finished analyzing the traffic data for this interchange.   The preliminary design is nearly complete and HQ Bridge Division and the Geotechnical office have begun the design of the new bridge and retaining walls.
