US 2 - Sunset Falls Slope Stabilization - Photos

Crews finished repairing and re-paving the roadway the first week of September.


Contractors worked around the clock to remove the 6.5 feet thick pavement.

The roadway embankment under US 2 near Sunset Falls is slowly sliding below the roadway surface. We will build a large rock and gravel wall to stabilize the embankment.
