Replaces five obsolete variable message signs. One sign is located on US 2 eastbound at Spotted Road. Signs on eastbound Interstate 90 are at Geiger Blvd., Division Street, and Custer Street. A sign is on westbound I-90 near University Road. That sign will be mounted on a new sign "bridge" directly over the freeway lanes.
