Overview
We have replaced two-way left-turn lanes with medians and traffic curbs. We have widened intersections to allow most traffic to make u-turns. We upgraded traffic signals and coordinated them with each other and the railroad crossing to improve traffic flow. Commuters are now able to monitor traffic conditions using the new traffic cameras. Crews also repaved the roadway which increases its lifespan and provides drivers a smoother ride.
 | Improves Safety
These improvements will reduce the likelihood of collisions by improving traffic flow and providing safe locations for left-turns and u-turns.

 | Relieves Congestion
This project improves traffic flow by corrdiating signals and railroad crossings. Drivers can also see the traffic conditions on our new traffic cameras.
