US 12 – Phase 4, Walla Walla to Wallula Planning Study, Walla Walla County

Project Description
This planning study will prepare initial environmental documentation to determine the preferred corridor alignment for US 12 from the Wallula junction to Walla Walla, addressing congestion and safety needs for the highway.

David Evans and Associates - Preliminary Environmental Investigation; HDR/EES Inc. - Watershed Mitigation Implementation; Quantm - Phase 8 Highway Planning Software

Recent Progress

David Evans and Associates has prepared a Preliminary Environmental Summary for Phases 7 and 8.  The results will be discussed with the Interagency Project Team sometime in October or November.

The project team is narrowing the width of the corridors based on the Preliminary  Environmental Summary.
