Tech Memos
A series of technical memorandums, or tech memos, were prepared to document the West Olympia Access Study process, approach and analysis.
These documents are important resources for the study team, providing data evaluation and indentification of possible alternatives. The tech memos contribute to the development of the access feasibility study final report and provide a basis for an Interchange Justification Report if one is needed.
