Project Title & Location
US 101/SR 3 On Ramp to US 101 Northbound - New Ramp.

Project Description
This project will construct a new northbound on-ramp from SR 3 to US 101 which will provide an efficient and safe roadway for motorist. The existing at grade intersection currently requires northbound US 101 traffic to make a left turn against southbound US 101 vehicles.

Contractor/Consultant
Currently under WSDOT design.

Recent Progress
Project Management Plan is currently under development.  Project Concept Approval meeting is scheduled on December 4, 2006. 

Design Construction Impacts
Impacts will be evaluated upon further project definition.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance

Environmental impacts will be identified and evaluated during the preliminary engineering phase. Permits will be obtained and be in accordance with State and Federal regulations. 

Impacts to Traffic
Construction of the new ramp will have minimal impacts to traffic.
