In August, crews closed SR 92 to replace an aging culvert at Stevens Creek just west of 99th Avenue, and just north of Lake Stevens. Crews replaced the culvert and repaved the roadway almost three hours ahead of schedule. The new culvert will help keep water off the road and serve as an important passage for fish to Stevens Creek.
