SR 9 / 212th St SE Vic. to SR 96/Lowell- Larimer Rd. Vic.

Project Description
This project will widen SR 9 to four lanes between SR 96 and Marsh Road. A traffic signal will be installed at 164th St SE and the clear zone will be upgraded. Other improvements include upgrading the existing lighting and traffic signals and modifying the drainage system at each intersection. When complete this project will increase traffic flow and enhance motorist safety along the SR 9 corridor between Clearview and Snohomish.

This project overlaps proposed improvements included in the Nickel project entitled "SR 9-212th Street SE to 176th St SE - Stage 3". We are reviewing project scopes to ensure no duplication of work.
