Design Construction Impacts
The current budget for this project is short $286k ($158k for PE, $10K for RW and $119k for CN). The current budget is based on a 26.9% Snohomish County participation. The 26.9% participation was calculated using peak hour volumes, which was incorrect. When using the correct AWDT volumes, the county participation is 14.4%. The agreement is with Snohomish County for approval.
