Looking north on SR 823 at Goodlander Road. This project will construct sidewalk on the east side of SR 823 between Goodlander Road and Harrison Road. WSDOT will also improve this intersection to allow easier right-turns onto northbound SR 823 and eliminate the northbound "jog" shown in the photo.
