Looking north on SR 823 at Goodlander Road before construction. This project constructed a sidewalk on the east side of SR 823 between Goodlander Road and Harrison Road. WSDOT also improved this intersection to allow easier right-turns onto northbound SR 823 and eliminated the northbound "jog" shown in the photo.
