This is an aerial view of the existing I-5 - SR 531 interchange looking northwest. Traffic often backs up around the bridge during peak travel times.
When the project is complete, drivers will benefit from a new loop ramp from westbound SR 531 to southbound I-5, in addition to wider exit ramps with new turn lanes.
