We will replace crumbling asphalt with concrete slabs at five overpasses on SR 520 between I-405 in Bellevue and West Lake Sammamish Parkway in Redmond. We will also repave the roadway.

To maximize our resources and limit interruptions to traffic, we try to repave roadways at just the right time. We try to catch roadways when they have some damage, but are not so damaged that they will require additional repairs. If we wait too long to repave, the damage to the roadway can lead to even greater costs. Learn more about WSDOT's pavement management program.
