2010 Construction Photos

Crews opened a new lane of westbound SR 520 between SR 202 and West Lake Sammamish Parkway on June 27, 2010.


Crews also opened a newly rebuilt off-ramp to West Lake Sammamish Parkway.

2009 Construction Photos

In late October 2009 crews rebuilt a portion of the eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to West Lake Sammamish Parkway.


Rebuilding the ramp will improve safety by removing a large curve.


Crews are installing bridge girders for a wider overpass on SR 520 at SR 202.


The girders must be placed very precisely onto the bridge columns.


The girders will accomodate a wider SR 520. This is the overpass at NE 76th Street.


Multiple silt fences keep construction runoff out of the Sammamish River.


A new flyover ramp from SR 202 to westbound SR 520 opened in early 2008.
