Increase capacity and safety of SR 502 between NE 10th Ave and Battle Ground by increasing the number of travel lanes from two to four.

Recent Progress
WSDOT is beginning to obtain survey data to develop preliminary designs. In late fall, the public involvement process will begin with community leader meetings to discuss future needs. The construction phase of this project is not funded.

While it is too early in project development to determine the exact magnitude, the size and complexity of the project clearly indicates there will be property impacts.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
WSDOT started the necessary environmental study for this project but it is not yet complete. This study will detail the project's direct and indirect environmental impacts (natural, ecological, societal and economic) in order to guide final design and construction.
