The Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Draft 4(f) Evaluation (DEIS) is now available for public review and comment. This is an important opportunity for you to provide formal comment on the project's effects and have your comments tracked, published and addressed by the project team in the final version of the EIS. The 45-day comment period will close on July 20, 2009. There are a couple of ways to receive and/or review the DEIS:
