Why is WSDOT Improving the intersection of Industrial Way (SR 432) and Oregon Way (SR 433) in Longview?
This intersection is a critical connection of two highways of statewide significance that supports passenger and freight traffic.

The End Result
This project will address traffic congestion, freight mobility and safety issues at one of the busiest truck tonnage intersections in the state.

To enhance safety and reduce congestion through this busy corridor.

What is the project timeline?
Preliminary engineering, environmental documentation and public outreach and involvement activities are underway through 2019.

Project design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition and public outreach starts in 2019.

Construction starts in 2021, with completion scheduled in 2024.
