Project Title & Location
SR 305 / Hostmark St. Vicinity to Bond Rd. - HOV Lanes

Project Description
This project is a mobility improvement and pavement preservation project. Mobility improvement includes the addition of two HOV lanes and intersection upgrades to increase traffic capacity. Pavement preservation consists of overlaying the roadway with HMA. A secondary benefit is the project eliminates 8 fish barrier culverts.

Contractor/Consultant
Stan Palmer Construction, Inc. was awarded this contract on 6/19/06.

Recent Progress
This project was determined to be substantially complete on 9/4/08.  Only minor work remains, such as planting the wetland area and installing an added signal pre-emption connection for the fire department.

Design Construction Impacts
The project is 99% complete.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
The site is stabilized.  Vegetation is in place and all erosion control items have been removed.

Impacts to Traffic
None.  Highway is under normal operation.  The wetland planting will not affect traffic.
