This project paves 2.82 miles of SR 28 from 9th St. to the US 2/97 and SR 28 intersection, excluding the SR 28/East Wenatchee 31st to Hadley Project that was constructed in 2007. It also paves 1.52 miles of US 2/97 north of the US 2/97 and SR 28 intersection.
