Quarterly Project Report Update for Quarter Ending December 2007

Project Title & Location
SR 26/Othello Vicinity - Install Lighting

Project Description
This project will install streetlights on SR 26. This will reduce the risk of nighttime collisions at the intersections with B SE and Reynolds Road.

Contractor/Consultant
This project has not be advertised or awarded.

Recent Progress
Illumination at B SE is being included in the NCR 2008 Seal and will be constructed in the spring of 2008.  Illumination of Reynolds Road will be delayed by one year to coincide with a developer project at the intersection.  This will impact the operationally complete date.

Design Construction Impacts
Impacts to surrounding property owners will be minimal.  No right of way acquisition is anticipated.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
Environmental documentation will be tied with NCR 2008 Seal and developer project.

Impacts to Traffic
Traffic impacts will include one-way flagger controlled traffic during construction.
