Project Description
The section of SR 240 from Beloit Road to Kingsgate Way has experienced a number of serious collisions. Widening the roadway to 12 ft lanes with 8 ft shoulders will improve the safety of the highway and provide more recovery area.

The project was awarded to IMCO Inc on March 3rd, 2009 and work will start in late April.

When work starts traffic will be alternating one-way to build up a two mile section at a time.
