SR 24 - SR 241 to Cold Creek Road - Added Lanes

Project Description
This project will construct a passing lane uphill in both directions on SR 24 between SR 241 and Cold Creek Road. Constructing a passing lane will improve safety, reduce collisions, and increase traffic mobility.

Recent Progress
Design work began on this project in May. Topographic surveying of the entire project site continues in September. 

Design Construction Impacts
No impacts are anticipated at this time.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
No impacts are anticipated at this time.  The potential acquisition of BLM land may delay the environmental documentation process, but should not affect the Advertisement date.

Impacts to Traffic
One lane closures with flaggers are anticipated.  No detours will be required for this project.
