Washington State Route 20 (SR 20), the
North Cascades Highway
, originates in the seaside town of Port Townsend and goes west across the state. It goes through the following counties: Jefferson, Island, Skagit, Whatcom, Chelan, Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens and Pend Oreille.
