At the Coupeville Terminal, the existing tollbooths have an in-line layout. This does not allow us to process riders with a Wave2go pass very quickly or efficiently. It also causes traffic to back up onto Highway 20.
The new side-by-side layout will allow ticket takers to process riders quickly and ensure on-time departures.
