Before construction
The high flow in Holder Creek in January 2009 washed away sections of the retaining wall.
The flooding also washed away part of the shoulder along Issquah-Hobart Road.
WSDOT maintenance crews placed large rocks to stabilize the wall until a permanent fix could be made.
