Project Title & Location
SR17/Pioneer Way to Stratford Road - Moses Lake

Project Description
This project will expand a three-mile segment of SR 17 from two to four lanes.

Contractor/Consultant
Central Washington Asphalt, Inc.

Recent Progress
The project is 99% complete.  The remaining work is the noise barrier wall (97% complete), bridge work (99% complete) and miscellaneous trimming and clean up throughout the project limits.  It is anticipated that the bridge work and the noise barrier wall will be completed by the end of November.

Design Construction Impacts
Remaining impacts are minimal and will only be to those on the frontage road.

Environmental Impacts / Compliance
All permitting is complete.
No environmental compliance issues.

Impacts to Traffic
The public has free and unobstructed use of the new facility.  Remaining work to be completed will be completed from the frontage road and have minimal effect on traffic.
