WSDOT received design approval from the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA) on August 2, 2011. This means that FHWA agrees with WSDOT on its selection of a preferred alternative, and the project can move forward into final design.
The public can comment on WSDOT's compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) through March 14, 2012. SEPA documents can be viewed below, and hard copies are available during regular business hours at the front reception area at:
