Stage 1 is currently under construction. This stage builds roundabouts and the frontage road on the south side of SR 14.
Drivers can expect one lane open in each direction of SR 14 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
At night, drivers may encounter single-lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Delays of up to 20 minutes are possible.

Construction on Stage 2 could begin as early as winter 2011. Crews will close SR 14 between Union and Second streets to widen SR 14 from two lanes to four.
Drivers will be temporarily shifted to the new two-lane frontage road while SR 14 is being widened.
This stage of construction is expected to be complete in fall 2012.
