Tug boats tow anchors in Elliot Bay for the first cycle float-out.
Tow Begins.  Four tug boats tow two strands of five anchors from Seattle's Elliot Bay.  February 26, 2007.

The dry dock is empty of anchors after the first cycle is launched.
Empty Dock.  The dry dock rises above the surface of the water.  The second cycle of anchor construction will now begin.  February 26, 2007.

Anchors are moored in Port Gamble.  2/27/07
Moored.  Anchors moored in Port Gamble Bay after tugs pull anchors into place at the Kitsap Peninsula Port Gamble mooring site.  February 27, 2007.
