Complete.  First cycle of ten Hood Canal Bridge east-half anchors are complete.  February 2007.

First Cycle Anchor Float-Out- February 26, 2007

Water fills the dry dock for the first cycle float-out.
Water Fills.  Water surrounded the anchors as the dry dock submerges under the water at Seattle's Todd Pacific Shipyards Pier 5.  February 2007.

The anchors are submerged in the water on the dry dock for the first cycle float-out.
Submerged.  Anchors begin to float and are ready to be towed to open water.  February 2007.
