May 6, 2009 - A giant crane lowers pre-fabricated sections of a new concrete box culvert below State Route 104.
The new bottomless culvert is placed lower than the natural streambed. This allows placement of rock and boulders inside the culvert to create a more natural streambed and improved fish passage.
