This project will complete the construction of a transload facility where trucks and containers can be loaded on and off railcars for movement to Puget Sound ports. The facility will include a 400-acre staging area for trains and trucks to transload their cargos, including double-stack train staging tracks, paving, fencing, lighting, and security.
