Project Description
Provide Washington's agricultural community with pool of rebuilt refrigerated railcars to access for perishable shipping.

Rail Logistics, LC

Recent Progress
A lease agreement and management contract was signed with Rail Logistics, LLC on August 11, 2006.  Twenty-five refrigerated cars were positioned at Quincy, Warden, and Pasco for use by produce shippers.
