Project Description
Provide Washington's agricultural community with pool of rebuilt refrigerated railcars to access for perishable shipping.

Recent Progress
Since the program began in August 2006, over 192 refrigerated railcar shipments have been made.  Almost 75 percent of shipments in the program have been frozen fruit and the remainder have been fresh or frozen vegetables.
