The PCC rail system currently provides local rail service to over 70 rail dependent businesses in Whitman, Lincoln, Grant, and Spokane Counties. There are three lines currently in use - the CW Line, PV Hooper Line, and P&L Line - that require rehabilitatation to remain commercially viable.
