At the Delta Yard tracks in Everett, a completed track subgrade awaits tracks, ties, and ballast to complete construction of two new departure/receiving tracks parallel to exitisting tracks. Once complete, Amtrak Cascades will be able to move past the yard with less interference from freight operations.
