| USE SEPA in Decision-making |
The agency decision-maker must consider the environmental information, along with technical and economic information, when deciding whether to approve a proposal. The lead agency shall narrow the scope of every EIS to the probable significant adverse impacts and reasonable alternatives, including mitigation measures.
