Description: |
The Team Mission Statement/Assignment is an expansion of the Project Description and describes the overall actions the project team will take to accomplish its portion of the Pre-Construction Phase of the project. It is usually a short paragraph developed with input from Region/Organization Management. While the Project Description identifies the end product or outcome, the Mission Statement addresses the specific work the team is assigned to perform and relates only to specific work deliverables and tasks needed to accomplish the assigned scope of work. |
