These images are of the original SR 16 Nalley Valley Interchange. that opened to traffic in 1971. A new
westbound viaduct has been constructed and is open to traffic. Its sister project,
Eastbound Nalley Valley, will be constructed between the fall of 2011 and the spring of 2014. A
third project that will build an HOV facility and direct-connect HOV ramps between I-5 and SR 16 will be built between 2020 and 2023.
