The City of Tacoma commissioned an artist to enhance a noise and retaining wall in Tacoma, with a finish depicting maritime ropes and waves as seen above.
The artistic finish on a wall in the City of Tacoma will be seen on approximately 2,600 feet of wall located on the east side of I-5 through Tacoma.
