Overview
Widened sidewalk along the west margin of West Marine View Drive (SR 529) in the 1100 to 1600 blocks to enhance non-motorized travel and intersection safety improvements at the intersection of 13th Street and West Marine View Drive.

Why are we Building This Project?
This project completes a segment of non-motorized improvements along West Marine View Drive (SR 529) and provides improved intersection safety improvements at 13th Street.  This segment will connect and compliment the City of Everett planned non-motorized improvements to the north and south of this project.
